Late arriving as I had heard the causeway to Portland had been shut over the high tide period. So it was a quick hour motoring around to clock in a 1 hr component for Team Challenge. Fortune was on my side...just got a reasonable hour in before the wind dropped!

I had tried to go out first thing in the morning but as I was rigging an incredible squall blew through turning the water completely white so I thought better of it - the portland wind anenometer recorded the squall at 65kts! Had another go in the afternoon when things had calmed down a bit.
