3rd day on Luderitz Canal. Was not super windy, but more windy than i expected based on the forecast. Decided to use the JP Speed 41 Werner shaped for me and my Evo6 5,4 (not my 5,8) with Z Fins Asy S 19 cm to be able to tune it in for next weeks big forecast. Was very surprised to get the highest video timed 500 of all windsurfers today. (47,75 knots). This is only 0,5 knots slower than the speed i set last thursday wih much more wind. The set is now at least much better tuned for the canal and i'm getting used to it. 

I did 7 runs on the Speedblade 5 and that was to small given the conitions, but it was all about to overcome my fear again after my crash and see if I could stand the pain, but adreanaline and endorphines are the best drugs ever!

pretty happy with the result, I got a gust for a good part of the run in the 3 run and it gave me wings.

A pitty I only could take about 5 kilo of extra weight. all of us enjoyed this nice day and Andrew set a new Fijian record.

Nice training day

Medium wind training day on the canal. This was definitely the most relaxed speed session of my life. Slightly underpowered on my 5.4 EVO 5. Lots of time to get started adn super good Vibe amongst all the competitors. Canal pretty smooth but I never got a good gust all the way. Still my PB 5 x ten second. Unbelievable how this place resets you expectations
