well what a fantastic sail today, Just me and alex there today so not crowded at all. Spot pb for peak and avg's, may be spot record averages.

We got there early mid (3.0m) tide as west bank appeared, the fastest bit was at the start of the bend, or should that be the end? i'll post a video on my face book page to show a run. it was so smooth upto the green bouy then into medium chop, true west so not very broad. If it had been broarder it would have really livened up! and still been smooth I'm sure.

7 runs over 39knt peaks 2 of which 40's. only had 1 before. the tweeking and stance advice from my last trip to WK really helped aswell thanks guys and gal (zara)

The trouble with the main channel it gets too choppy as the wind picks up, ESE would work but they're like rocking horse **** next to a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.

Cracking day great sail with tony..who was legend of the day well done mate!! My speeds were dissapointing and not entirely sure why similar kit and weight but a few knots off the pace, irate run 38 then speeds diminished were Tony's increased. I took a different line which might be it also should of continued into the chop as soon as peak was reached the brakes went on...besides a few other things there's food for thought for next time...great day all the same
