Very testing conditions at Langstone today, big swell and very gusty wind. cleaned up a bit at the end.

Proper mental conditions today with confused chop and rolling swell in the harbour.  it was all good but broke my mast and had a nice swim :( . Fair play to Shemi and Jason for trying hard today.  

My first time at Hayling with Ant, Ian and Shemi.

I have to say, it as hardest session I have ever had, it took ages to evetually get to the course.

despite being knackered I was rewarded with a 30 knot average.

certainly a hard core training session.
