I had great expectations for this day, but the winds never materialized. SE wind blew in the low twenties with gusts around 30 mph. I sailed out into the sound 4 km to find my flat spot, then waited.... the rain came, but the wind didn't. Still it was flat enough to score a few PB's. The day ended with a sleepless night as our house was blasted with 70 mph winds and rain. Fun day Hatteras style!!
