First time ever has there been a shorebreak in Cabrillo Inner Bay! (thanks to Hurricane Marie). Got there early hoping for good winds and rigged small. Wind started going down when I got on the water and only managed to get going in the puffs. Actually surprised at the speeds I got for the conditions we had today (very choppy + lowinds)
