A friend called me when inconsistent offshore Tramontana ceased and a good Maestrale came in; gusty and furious at first, then a bit steadier.
Heavy chop inside the bay: it was Sunday and the strong gusts found many wakes to grab and raise; and windswell in the outside, someone was even riding it; so not really classic speed conditions... if I get used to this, I will have little problems in nicer days.
The 6.3 felt big, expecially at the beginning; but always perfectly controllable.
