SSE, will work only for 1h30 after low tide and for 1hour max...after that the flow makes it too choppy. Just managed 8 runs, at he end of the run had to stop just before the sand bank and avoid a a rock slightly downwind the course.. a problem at 38 knots and peaked at 39.04 gps. Could not sailback so had to walk...
Anyway, worth trying but definetly tricky spot for that kind of wind direction !!
