During the day wind increased slowly and the waves also got bigger.  Had lots of fun and painfull hands. Wanted to get a 43knot average so pushed myself really hard today was really hard work because the timing needed to be very precise to get something of a flat run. Had a few close encounters with waves at the end one got me when i tried a nautical with 73km/h my and bruised my leg pretty bad. Hope to go back here soon really love this place.
