Hi Mark, low tide 2.48pm so bank should start to show about 12.30 - 1pm and be sailable for about an hour and a half either side of low. 1.3m low so probably won't get the full length but enough to get some OK runs in for sure. Might be a bit square if SSW or further S but forecast looks like a touch more W later in the day so could be good!
