Hi I uploaded 3 times session Ouuddorp Haven April 26

April 26 track through gps speed site (SBN file) message > no track available

April 27 track through gps speed site (SBN file) there is a "globe" map but no track also no runs

April 27 results with gps AR pro 5,9 but again no runs visable

Can you fix? Or tel me what I'm doing wqrong?

Thnx for reporting, we did some basic checks, but didn't find the problem yet, we will keep you posted about the progress 

Track on the map: When i click the button: view the track on the map or when i click on the button: watch runs on the map, i see only red stripe(s). You can not see the whole track on the map. In the old version, this was possible.

Thanks for reporting this problem. It is solved now but it is irreversible for the already posted tracks whit this problem. The only solution is to repost your session.

Hi, the 4 last upload attempts are for the same session: 4/4/2015.

4th today...

This session does not appear in the sessions listing, but the 4 attempts are entered in the total of posted sessions and in the topics “the last 4 months” and “this year” ???

reposted, track now visible , but can't see the runs.

Dates are a mess even when you select only year the sequence is still on speed i think, not on date.

Still not as in the old version.

I did a session yesterday and uploaded via the new upload, the track is not visible. Map starts completly wrong place.

When i press weiv runs, the runs are showned but not time and speed like in the old version.

The fix for the track visibility (29 april) was a temporary one. Today the (new) tracks are again not visible, seems to be a persistent problem :-(

Can you please give it a try again, I made some changes in the way the tracks are published.

It seems that it works. The run on the map can be seen by everyone. Great!

My track on the map is also okay.

But the "the track on the map." by some other people not, as examples.:

Newbee on GPS, i try to upload tracks but for some reason I don't understand it says "no data"... i indeed managed to upload one.... but i can't for any other... anything I should update?  the one that was upoaded was just after i created a board and update my profile.

Sorry Dylan, still doesn't work. I upload on a Mac, through the website GPS engine. When I try and look at the run I see a Google earth view of the Brace (??), but no runs. Previously it would centre on my own spot (Horst) and show the tracks.

Dylan is on a short business trip, so a little less bug-fixing this week 

Still no track, still no runs (lots of red striping but what are the runs) also mis the times like in "old" site.

Just checked your session, and from my computer it's displays your full track with no problems, could you provide more specific information about OS, browser version, etc ? 

To display your runs, please select the right run type in the pull down menu...

Chrome v 42 nog wat , net nog gechecked (track) werkt nog niet.

Zal ook nog checken met firefox IO

I have the same problem. I checked Chrome (left), IE (middle) and FF (right) on W8.

Hi Dylan, don't get frustrated. Its nice to have a map, thats all. If it doesn't work, we will survive :)

If i upload a track via the website i don't get the track either, but there are some differences. The loadingtimes are way faster and i don't see the horizontal lines on the map. The track itselves is also not visible and the map starts at a different location then the actual spot.

Maybe you can see the difference.

I figured out that there could be local problem with an incomplete download of the track file. I have reproduced it once while I disconnected and reconnected my wifi. Could you try on a different location and a different computer?

While investigating I improved some feautures of the run display:

- arrow for the sailing direction

- marker for detail information about the run

I've checked the other maps outside my network and there i also can't see the track, except the above link is working inside and outside my network. all the rest doesn't work.
