I was wondering where you guys enter the spot, since I drove over the Dijk a couple of times but couldn't really see any decent place to enter? Would like to try this spot sooner or later so some advice would be very welcome ;)

There is no decent place to enter. You have to park on the dike, rig your material, cross the highway and enter the water. You also have to pass the crash barrier, wich is pretty high. So, you should be with two or more people to do it nicely.
