Morning Session - Started bad, the sail blow away before I'd even rigged it ripping the top panel. After cleaning of the dog s**t it landed in, some tape and 3/4 of an hour I hit the water.
Only one on the lake, Square course and flat course just big gust coming though. Stoped as the spray started to come over the wall. Derigged, changed and watch the free riders on the tide whilst have lunch.
Afternoon Session - Rigged my 5.2 again as every one said it was going to drop, not what I'd seen on the forecast but listen to the opinon of the masses, what a mistake. Windier than the morning session, still square with runs on port tack same direction as the morning. I couldn't sheet in on the down wind run and didn't get an good runs from the 4 I did. The speeds recorded were from  going upwind to the start of the course. Stopped hoping the wind would subside but it only got windier. Should have rigged my 4.7 and put a smaller fin in.
The tide breached the wall so we had to wait till 1pm before it dropped back down giving the wind time to pick up. It was square on & blowing 44-55 knots. I Rigged a 5m sail & went out.
Squeaky bum time I thought !!!!
I got one run in then hit by a massive gust on the way back. The gust was whippping water up from the lake & took me with it slammimg me into the water. So I came back off the water thinking it might drop but it never did.
I couldn't add my Drake fin because Drake is not on the fin list.
