We were out last night on a friend's  40th and ended up  staying drinking till about three in the morning and then my son woke me up at around 6am. The wind was quite strong then so rather reluctantly went up to the late early with the most hideous hangover. Had a decent sail on the big board despite my head feeling like it would explode!! Need some sleep  now
