Not my day...happy I went out though as conditions were challenging to say the least.

First time new fin. first time new board...had to find my trim and confidence and that was not easy in the conditions we had. The board is very comfortable though, but the 40cm wide board with pretty wide tail is aimed at more  square conditons. I alreaduy have an idea how to make trim better for my sailing style, so next time I think I will again go for this board as I want to get to know it better. The fin felt good and is good, looking at the speeds Martin did with the very same fin, but he has a lot more time on the UFO Wide so he knows it better. But is is great to see he is slowly getting back to his old form...and he deserves it in my opinion after so much bad luck te past few years. Old fart still goimng strong!

I got blown out of my westuit and Ben and Dennis were on 6.3's as they did not have 5'6's with them...respect!

And the walk was one of the worst in years...it was simply impossible to cary the board the first kilometer. I was fighting it just like Peter ha ah, but we made it again!

Great day, poor performancefrom my part but more days will come and I will make sure I get the very high potential out of the new fins.
