First really speedy day with the Kona Style. Started early in the morning and slowly my speeds went up. I was having the time of my life cruising all over the lake. The 33cm fin worked pretty good and even upwind only on my fin worked good.
Before a break I managed to do a 59 km/h. That was pretty awsome, but I wanted more. I pushed on and in a good gust I was really flying and did 61.5 km/h. Yeah!!!
Later on I managed two other high 61's so I was really happy with the result for today. Untill I left at around 17.00h I think I was even high in the day ranking.
Later on I heard that the wind had picked up and some had speeds around 70 km/h so I guess I will have dropped a bit in the ranking... Well I don't mind I had a fantastic day and I was sailing with a smile all the time :-)!!!
