Lovely session at the Houw. The balance in the board was great. It's a true speedboard and I expect lots from it in conditions like we had last Sunday. It was clear the 6.3 would have been much better and time will tell how well the board does if winds pick up.

Gybing and control is simply stunning. The board eats chop and I expect control to be superb if wind increases. It's meant as an open water speedboard for real life conditions on moderate choppy waters. It feels as if it's capable for that job. I cannot wait for the stronger open water sessions to see how it handles.

It sits super nicely on the tail and gets more stable as the speeds increase. It starts out with a super loose feeling and gives a soft ride. then as the wind increases it feels more stable every time. this is exactly what I hoped for. Now only some more wind to see if it's truly up to the task. For now I am pleased with the speeds in conditions like we had today. these windspeeds are most certain not my cup of tea but the board made it a lot more fun.
