Due to an rootcanal infection I had to take antibiotics and painkillers so I was far from fit. Idid my best two runs in the beginning but my energy was drained already so i had to take it easy as my heart rate did reach a PR of 200 bpm. Windgusts were really hard and the weedbanks and not flat waters due to a to westerly wind made it difficult today but it was nice to battle Mother Nature.
