Ebbing, 2 foot deep water (gusts in the 3rd Ave. channel to 40 mph). Steered around small chop and found areas of flat water. There were major (sink the board) lulls followed by massive gusts. I did not use the missile because I was sinking the slalom board to the bottom of the bay already in the lulls.
