Good to sail with Dave Willows and Mark Hayford again. 

It was the best day I've had in a while,  fairly windy early on but dropped off as the day went on.  First day with my new coros vertix 2 smart watch. I can't believe how much in the way of info and stats it gives you. Sadly it says I need to rest now for four days after 5hrs on the water. Must be my age!!
