With Gossen &Jort in the speedlagoon Paal 3.

Windguru forecast 8-10Bft, this time it was spot on !

Rigged on my "new" Severne Overdrive 4.5m2.

Started with JP54 and Sonntag SL-Pro 30. I had to trim the sail, less profile , mast to foreward and finally to put a smaller fin in(Hurricane Speed2 24cm) . I switched to JP49 with Hurricane SRD 26cm.But because of the gusting wind and chop,  it did not work out. After some time on bigger JP54, the waterlevel went down and the lagoon got some less choppy water. Back on the JP49 again.

I had to sail close to shore, 10-15 meter offshore there was already 20-30 cm chop. 

I DID NOT break my PR, but did broke my NP XF boom.  After the crash I ended up a 20meters from shore , but it took me quite some time to reach the shore with gear, upwind into 9Bft with 8kg weightvest. I downrigged my gear and anchored it with fin and weightvest as good as possible on the surfacing sandbar and went for a 20+ min walk around the lagoon to get my truck.

At least I didn't break my neck !
