weird heavy traffic to the lake, place full to Freestyle Pro Event.
Still managed 1hr of good old back into swing windsurf.
Rigged up 7.3m2 with 136L but 114x6.0m2 would have worked as well.
10 nice runs on flat water after 20 minutes of rig tuning.
no drinking for 11M. this seriously helped this session with avg HR BPM 147,in yellow (64%) and green zones (34%)
