The HR sand bar has finally reappeared after a long under water hiatus. The river level was under 75' at the upstream measurement point. The wind was gusty and not filled in, but I got lucky and hooked into a nice one at just the right moment on one run which turned into a PR at 10sec. I didn't actually measure the wind, but they were sailing a formula event upwind so I don't think the gust got over 25 knots.
