I accidentaly packed my 5.0 Point 7 instead of the 5.6. I could borrow a KA and was lucky I could have a sail on the board as the wind was too light for the 5.0 to fly.

Conditions were good for speedboards, so another test on the Ultimate Speed Machine. The board flies ad feels very loose. I don't think there is a downside to outright speedboards on open water spots but obviously keeping onto the plane is much easier. It's also less tricky to ride over the chop compared to a true speedboard. I hesitated to post with the concept as I am under contract with P7, but honesty is most important on this site so here I go.

In the end, when the wind increased I tried to take the 5.0 to be able to post with P7, but crashed pretty painfully on my back due to a lack of nose pressure in a sudden lull. I called it a day and watched Serge and Johnny fight it out for day honours
