gps-speedsurfing

A new version of GPSResults is available (v6.120), please download this version at:

http://www.gps-results.com/download_d.html

With this version more information is uploaded to the site and your complete track will be visisble on a map.

When I send results to Speedsurf with v6.120 I keep getting no Data found?  Tried multiple tracks to no luck.  Suggestions?

Make sure that you have set your username and password correctly in gpsresults. The password is case sensitive. If you need help let me know

I checked the logfile and I see a failed upload attempt due to a wrong password. Please make sure you set the right password in gpsresults.

Still getting the error.  Right after uploading via GPSResults I get the upload successful box than a box saying lots about Net framework error. Than the browser pops up and shows the no data: ( checked the password several times and even changed it to no luck

Tried uploading the track thru the site and still getting no data found on my current track and old tracks that worked before. password has been changed several times to no luck.

Hi Dylan, the track is nog visible after uploading using GPSresult 6.120. Message in gpsresults: uploaded successfully. Error while saving: index out of bound.

Session: http://www.gps-speedsurfing.com/default.aspx?mnu=user&val=123810&uid=2620

Hi Mark,

Indeed, some users will get this error, Manfred and I are investigating the problem at the moment. It has to do with an incomplete datatable that is refused by the bulk copy import proces when uoloading your track data.

Worst of all, my development environment is gone due to a disk failure. I have a backup but first need to restore it and it takes time....

Greetings Dylan

Some extra info: this error "Error while saving: index out of bound." is a warning only posting your data will be no problem!

Still can't upload my tracks :(.  Getting a Net framework error than firefox pops up saying no track data.  I'm 100% sure the password is right as I have changed it a few times to check.  Is it possible to install GPSresults on a different machine with the same license to test?

Thanks!

-Kevin

please sent me the track, info@gps-speedsurfing.com

thx for the update Dylan, that's a bummer. :-(

I tried via GPSresults ánd automatic GP3S upload, both with the same result. Should automatic upload also display the track? BTW the session is posted but only the total track is not visible with the new option "show track on map".

Kevin, perhaps you should try to download the Redistributable package that is on the gps-speed.com website. This will probably fix you issue.

Roland, just tried the redist install to no luck :(.  This time I don't seem to get a .net framework error and get a message saying session loading and than firefox pops up as usual and says no data.

I just tried reinstalling V6105 and it seems to work.  I think it could be something wrong with .net framework on my side.  Hopefully I can figure out why 6120 isn't working for me.  Thanks for the help gents!

One thing to add about V6120,

I'm not sure if this is just happening to me but when using the quick open (file --> list of previously opened tracks), it always seems to open up the most recent one I was using.  For example, if I'm looking at a track from 7/25 and I click the 7/23 or 24 track on the list, it opens up the track from 7/25.  Anyone else getting this?

-Kevin
