better day on lake than expected , wind a bit too southerly , spent a lot of time going upwind for short runs downwind , good to catch up with the lake posse!.

Some decent breeze today, it started off from a poor direction then improved slightly. Too Choppy and gusty to get any good speeds on the Formula but a decent workout. My arms are tired now. Jonny Vapor turned up at the right time and got the best of the conditions
